We assist every Shop2Share Fundraising Buying Club in its sales and marketing effort through the provision of agreed recruitment and other sales, marketing and tactical promotional material, and we will set up on our systems every authorised “Shop2Share Fundraising Buying Club”.In addition, we manage all retailer relationships and recruit new retailers to the online mall, manage all accounting functions including the quarterly BACS payments to the Buying Club, provide a regular email marketing service to the Buying Club and provide regular management reports on the sales performance of Clubs, e.g. account balance, daily, monthly and annual overview reports, earnings reports and event analysis reports (every sale identified in a given period). In return for the provision of these front and back office services, we will deduct at source a 25% commission on all gross discounts accumulated through the Buying Club. A new Shop2Share Fundraising Buying Club launching on Month 1 and fundraising immediately, will receive its first payment in Month 4 and that payment will include only the discounts earned in Month 1. Thereafter, all payments are for a complete 3 months, e.g. Months 2, 3 and 4 will be paid in Month 7. Shop2Share is a service provided by The Experience Corps Limited, a company founded in 2001 and which is limited by guarantee.
